FaceMerge allows users to:

• View, save, and share those results

The service is automated. Results may vary based on input images and system conditions.

2. User Responsibilities

By using FaceMerge, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right and required consent to upload and use the images you provide
• You will not upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• You will not use the app for impersonation, harassment, deception, fraud, or misinformation

3. Responsible Use (OpenRAIL Compliance)

FaceMerge incorporates automated face-processing technology subject to responsible-use constraints.

You agree not to use the service for:

• Non-consensual image manipulation
• Impersonation or identity misrepresentation
• Harassment, defamation, or deception
• Surveillance, profiling, or identification of individuals

FaceMerge may restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

4. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of images you upload
• You own the merged images generated for you
• You grant FaceMerge a limited, temporary license to process images solely to provide the requested service
• FaceMerge does not claim ownership over user content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• ❌ Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• ❌ Abuse free usage, credits, or referral mechanisms
• ❌ Circumvent safeguards, limits, or device restrictions

Violations may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access
• Device-level blocking
• Loss of credits without refund

6. Credits & Payments

• Some features require credits
• Credits may be earned (e.g., daily allowance, referrals, optional ads) or purchased
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Enhanced features may consume additional credits
• Prices and credit rules may change over time.

7. Notifications

• Notifications are optional
• Enabling notifications is user-controlled
• Notifications may be used only for service-related updates or merge status
• Disabling notifications does not affect core app functionality.

8. Availability & Performance

• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Processing times may vary
• Features may be modified, restricted, or discontinued for maintenance or security

We do not guarantee:

• Perfect or realistic results
• Facial accuracy or resemblance
• Continuous availability

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceMerge is not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Consequences of external sharing
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access
• Block devices associated with abuse
• Modify or discontinue features

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
